  • I started working with Anita 27 years ago when I had a bad back and painful knees. I was 72 at the time. Anita has worked with me since, helping me strengthen my back and keep my knees moving. My overall strength has also benefited from the consistent weight work. I am now over 100 years old and Anita is still with me.
