1:1 Coaching Packages

I offer three 1:1 personal coaching packages to offer you the best customized support. Every package includes the following:

• Initial one-hour onboarding consultation and program set up
• Weekly 60 minute, 1-on-1 online sessions
• Comprehensive wellness assessment
• A customized meditation practice
• 2-5 minute audio meditations sent periodically during your program
• Introduction to mindful eating
• Personalized plan to help you reach your goals with periodic review/readjustment
• Helpful tools and tips for navigating your unique obstacles

  • The 30-day growth journey includes our initial consultation and weekly check-ins to facilitate powerful goal setting and immediate change. Recommended during quick life transitions or if you need partnership and support to achieve a short-term goal.

  • The 60-day developmental transformation includes additional online consultations to accelerate the achievement of your goals. Recommended if you have multiple health goals and the time to implement them over time. Additional plan features include:

    • One-hour online consultation to review and evaluate the previous 30 days and strategize for the next 30 days

    • One 45-minute online consultation to recap your plan and adjust as needed; define what is working; establish a customized 30-minute exercise program; and expand mindful eating routines, grocery planning, and meals

  • The 90-day complete health transformation is designed to help you achieve multiple goals and redefine how you manage your health. This package provides you with a higher level of support and accountability in order to establish and maintain long-term goals. Additional plan features include:

    • Two one-hour consultations after 30 days and 60 days to review and evaluate and strategize

    • One 45-minute online consultation to recap your plan and adjust as needed; define what is working; establish a customized 30-minute exercise program; and expand mindful eating routines, grocery planning, and meals

    • One 45-minute online consultation to discuss mindful eating for permanent weight loss or health goals; establish accountability with your eating and mindfulness routines; adjust mindful eating as needed; and devise a health strategy to implement on your own


Individual Sessions

I also offer à la carte coaching sessions for those moments in your life when you need extra support or a quick boost of clarity.
