I am a mindful wellbeing coach specializing in corporate wellness and executive and personal health coaching. I use mindfulness techniques that work. 1:1 Coaching
I offer three 1:1 personal coaching packages to offer you the best customized support. Every package includes the following:
• Initial one-hour onboarding consultation and program set up
• Weekly 60 minute, 1-on-1 online sessions
• Comprehensive wellness assessment
• A customized meditation practice
• 2-5 minute audio meditations sent periodically during your program
• Introduction to mindful eating
• Personalized plan to help you reach your goals with periodic review/readjustment
• Helpful tools and tips for navigating your unique obstacles
I also offer à la carte coaching sessions for those moments in your life when you need extra support or a quick boost of clarity.
Group Coaching
My 6-week online Group Coaching for Mindful Living course is made up of mindfulness practices that help you define your goals, your strengths, and your passions. With a minimum of four people and limited to eight, gather friends or co-workers for a true coaching experience. The program begins with a 30-minute personal session followed by six weeks of group sessions.
