Yoga For A Healthy Back: Is your back healthy, strong and Flexible? This class focuses on the six movements of the spine necessary for back health, in addition to hamstring stretching and hip opening.
Detox Yoga: Detox Yoga flow will help to cleanse and clear mind and body. Classes will be announced soon for winter 2020!
Yoga Dance: Yoga Dance is a combination of yoga and dance to release creative energy and healing of body and mind through movement and breathing.
Athletic Power Yoga: Athletic Power Yoga is rooted in Anita’s life experience of personal fitness, fitness training, group exercise instruction, physical therapy, Kripalu Yoga and Power Yoga teacher training. Anita brings with her an eclectic blend of all she’s mastered into this one very powerful and effective yoga practice. Integrated throughout the class is breath with movement for a true mind- body -spirit connection.
Prayerful Yoga: This Yoga practice is a meditation in motion steeped in gentleness and compassion. Prayer, meditation, yoga postures and total relaxation are the ingredients. The result, a more peaceful inner self.
