"I attended Anita Barbero's Weekend of Discovery. It was a tremendously rewarding, fulfilling and empowering weekend for my body, mind and spirit. I met amazing women, and I left feeling better about every aspect of myself. As a mom, physician and businesswoman I cannot recommend this strongly enough to busy women who want to regain the feeling of purpose and self that can so easily become veiled in our everyday lives.. As well, I avidly look forward to Anita's weekly 'spiritual yoga' sessions in Litchfield, Ct for balance, flexibility and strength both physically and mentally." - Jayne Cluett
"I had the privilege of meeting Anita Barbero at a weekend retreat, she had organized in the fall of 2015. I immediately recognized she was a special woman. She is kind, humble, compassionate, a marvelous speaker and truly authentic. The retreat surpassed all my expectations. Anita made it fun, informative, reflective and totally awesome. It was the best retreat I have ever been on. When we were doing yoga stretches, Anita modified my stretches because she noticed I was having difficulties. Anita has been blessed with many fine attributes, but the one that stands out for me is her empathy. She is able to connect with many people on so many levels. My life has been enriched because of Anita Barbero, I carry her words and actions in my mind and heart."- Antoinette Oldakowski
Anita’s 1/2 day Mindful Retreat was a very calming, yet enlightening experience. The mindful walking/meditating was mentally relaxing and soothing. The mindful eating was very interesting; the simple act of concentrating on the food you are eating in peaceful silence was sobering. The entire day was meaningful, yet relaxing. - Lisa Soliani
