When you think of the word wholeness what comes to mind?
For me, it is such a robust word that brings everything together, body mind and spirit because when it comes right down to it we want to be whole. Let's face it, fragmented or disconnected does not sound so appealing. What does it take to be and feel whole?
What I've learned over many years of intentional practice is that we must stop on a regular basis. For me it's daily to do the deep inner work necessary. When we do this, again on a regular basis you get rid of all the junk that just adds up, actually it gets stuck, and who wants to be stuck?
So in order to feel and bask int he wholeness that you are you must stop, breathe, connect to your inner self and dump all the junk - and then you will feel the wholeness that has always been there...the wholeness that is you.
Your true beautiful self will emerge and true inner peace and joy will be present.
